Talking exclusively with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan said that all the public parks and gardens shall re-open from tomorrow. "We have decided to re-open all the parks and gardens across Jammu and Kashmir," he said. He also said that wearing masks has been made mandatory for those wishing to go to public parks.
